A case has been registered against BJP leader Manoj Masih, his wife and son for illegally taking a woman hostage. However, Christ has denied the allegation. The said woman is currently under the supervision of the police. According to the police, a lady doctor in Badaun has alleged in a complaint given to the police that BJP leader Manoj Masih, his wife Amita Masih and son Rishabh Masih along with some unidentified people entered his house on September 17 and At gunpoint, his daughter was picked up and taken away.
Manoj Masih is a former member of the Uttar Pradesh Minorities Commission. Based on the complaint, the police have registered an FIR against the accused. On the other hand, Manoj Masih has claimed that a woman herself came to his house and informed the police. Badaun Superintendent of Police OP Singh said, “Manoj Masih called the police to his house on September 17 and handed over the woman to us. The woman refused to return to her family, so she has been kept at the center for women and children in the district hospital.
The SP said, ‘The woman will be produced before a magistrate to record her statement. The CCTV footage is being examined and further action will be taken after recording the statement. BJP District President Rajiv Gupta claimed that in the present BJP government, no illegal act can get any protection at any level. He said that in this case also the police will take action on the basis of facts.
